大家好，一�眼，忙碌的2014快要�了，今年�得�利�？有意��？享受�？做了很多正�的�定�？
�大家都�意和�足自己的一年，�在年尾的�候，�我�一起感激上天，有身�的家人和朋友一起陪伴我�走�平安的2014！

����至，���日是我最喜�的，因��小，每一次������，��我在屋企，在�校或在街上，都能�感到人�人之�的距��得很近，而那份�厚人情味，那份舒服和那份平安，令我依�到�在，亦是我每一年期待的。

今年感恩的：感恩2�小朋友��地成�，亦慢慢在他�2�身上看到自己和太太的影子，我想我�真的用了很多��去教育他�，不�陪著他�一起�的日子，是�愉的，是值得的，是感恩的，亦是�著盼望的！

今年自己都有一些得著的�西，有�候自己��了社�的一些����，真真假假之後，�自己整合了一些自己的看法和言�，在不知道是�是�之�，就�在某�的�中，某人的言�中，找到跟自己言�一致的��。�在自己想法和走的路，可能未必是�人正在朝著走的方向，但能�在信息中得到前�的�同，�明自己所想的也�非��也。盼望大家在每天的�滴中，在世界打�之�，亦不忘�灌入自己的理想和信念，做正�的�定，正�的��，原共勉之。

A Story to share:

Things to share, for those who have been caring and helping people, friends around you, there is a good news for you!!

 I have recently saw a video regarding "stress", whether it's good for your health or bad for your health. A professor conducted a research in America that for people who have family crisis or financial crisis are facing a great deal of stress and are likely to have a 30% greater in dying undergoing it. BUT the research also found out that for who are facing the same obstacles but kept choosing to spending time caring for friends and neighbors, the effect on this stress of dying in this group of people is "0".
 She said that is because if your body chose your stress response as helpful and meaningful, you will create "Courage". If you chose to connect with others, you will create "Resilience".  In a word, you are saying to yourself that you are a winner in life, that you can handle life challenges and you don't have to face it alone.

 At the end of the video, the host asks this professor, so if stress under the right mindset could make our blood vessels and all stronger for resilience and healthier, if there are 2 jobs to choose from, a non-stressful one and a stressful one. Which one is wise to choose? The prof. gave us the answer that has been circling my mind for years.

"Chasing meaning is better for your health and avoid discomfort, so go after what's creating meaning in your life and trust yourself that you can handle the stress that follows. That would be a smart choice."

 In this I learned, maybe if we don't put the focus too much on ourselves at all times, then we may see surprising results. So what is Life, I ask myself. I guess Life is all about making choices and more, making the right ones.

To take or to help,
To be an owner to your life or to be a steward
